The Mighty D return to what they do best- melodic/sonic bliss ala their 2000 masterpiece “White Pony”, It’s no secret that getting these guys in the studio to complete an album is a lesson in the utmost patience and if not for copius amounts of mood inhancers and producers with degrees in interpersonal strife/chaos would never come to light. So vitriolic and always on the verge of collapse the ‘Tones are finally back with another lesson in lush metal always abrasive and brutal, but soothing and gorgeous at the same time.
